Der Percussionist Robert Jankovic und Tobias Pender aka Der Pender (DJ) haben eine Methode entwickelt, ihre eigene musikalische Vision von elektronischer Musik auszudrücken. Dazu holen sich die beiden als Grundbesetzung abwechselnd Musiker, wie den Gitarristen Marc Awounou oder den Saxophonisten Harold Todd ins Boot, der sein täglich Brot bei Lenny Kravitz verdient. Robert und Tobias schafften es bereits, sechs Wochen lang den ersten Platz der Online Charts bei "Regioactive.de", sowie bei der "Netzparade" des Radiosenders "Das Ding" zu belegen.

Soulpride is a Drum&Bass Producer and DJ who was born and raised in the southwest of Germany where the broken beats have been kicking about since the early days. He produces grimy basslines and smashing drums strictly for the dancefloor with the aim to make people brock out and go absolutely crazy.

Grown up in a very musical family he started playing the piano at the tender age of 5 but switched to the drums very quickly. While he played in several bands as both drummer and percussionist his interest in electronic music became stronger and stronger, especially for the broken beats of Hip Hop, Trip Hop and Jungle. Because he never was just a consumer but a creator, he soon started his first attempts in producing with his Atari ST and his dad’s Korg Polysix. 10 years later Soulpride has finally discovered the secret of the big bad basses and since then he is an unstoppable wheeling machine of wobble.

At the moment Soulprides tunes get DJ support from people like Hype, Brockie, Nicky Blackmarket, Kenny Ken, Hazard, Ruffstuff, Profile, Logan D plus many more.
